High season: July, August

RATES AND RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• All process are inclusive of VAT, water, gas and power.
• Heating charge during winter: 1 €/cubic metre (external gas metre)
• Mandatory final cleaning: € 40,00
• Pets allowed with a € 35,00 supplement for week

PAYMENT
- 30% on booking through bank transfer or money order.
- Check-in is on Saturday from 4 pm through to 7 pm bar unforeseen events that should be reported

RULES FOR GUESTS
Pool: open April through to October; the entire pool area is fenced for security reasons; parents are kindly requested to keep close watch over their children, as there is no lifeguard on duty for pools rated as “private”. Pool depth ranges from 50 inches at its shallow end, where ladder is located, to 65 inches at its deepest end.
Playground: free of charge and reserved for kids that should however be supervised by an adult.
Table-tennis: free of charge.
Bicycles: guests will be able to go on outings with bicycles provided by the farm free of charge.
Barbecue: free of charge.
Laundry-room: washing machine charge € 5,00 inclusive of detergent and softener.
Parking: a special covered area is provided for parking.
Safe: All apartments ate fitted with a small safe; we kindly recommend guests store their valuables in the provided safes.
TV: satellite TV in all apartments
Water: tap water is safe to drink
